【Listing Creation and Operations Assistant】
We are a 30 people strong start-up disrupting the hospitality-tech industry. Our company manages vacation rental properties and we are looking for someone to help us create listings on various vacation rental sites such as: Airbnb.com, Homeway.com, TripadvisorRentals, Zizaike, and Tujia to name a few. The job includes creating compelling and descriptive profiles of each listing on the vacation rental site and our own in-house system, coordinating with other team members to obtain information, and managing additional tasks pertaining to listing creation.
Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate is organised (able to handle lots of snippets of information from different people), detail and task oriented, has excellent time management skills, and is a team player.
• work from our office at least 3 days a week, at least 5 hours per day
• someone who can commit for minimum 6 months
• conversational English with business written English
• conversational Japanese with business written Japanese
• written Chinese a big plus
• knows basic office tools & has basic command of computer literacy (excel, word, googledrive, dropbox)
• can start working immediately
What a day on the job looks like:
Short meeting to go over new listing information forms and daily tasks Cross checking information on forms against information from our account managers, photographers, clients, and sales team Creating profiles on our dashboard and the other vacation rental platforms Communicating/chasing clients and other parties on missing documents and information - emails, phone calls etc
