ABOUT THE JOB:
With international offices spanning 9 countries including Vietnam, Singapore, Hongkong, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, India, USA, Canada; our company is fast-moving, yet focused.
SAI Digital is seeking a Head of Sales to continue our growth in Japan - someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there.
The Sales Manager of Japan will focus on the following core responsibilities:
- Facilitate focused communication and collaboration within local teams and between local teams with regional teams
- Collaborate closely with sales operations to identify, develop, and drive adoption of best practices for long-term growth across assigned region and others
- Be able to drive executive conversations at CEO/ CXO level
- Ability to challenge the status quo and create a compelling vision of business transformation with the CEO/ CXO
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Manage client relationship through all sales cycle
- Responsible for annual revenue target
- Own and deliver on Sales targets
- Lead the process of selling and closing new business with top corporations / organizations
- Create and manage Channel Partner network for products under the Distribution Product Portfolio
- Penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the territory
- Build effective relationships with CEO/CXO level executives at these corporations
- Identify top target accounts with highest win probability for SAI Digital in the assigned territory
- Build Go-To-Market plans for SAI Digital for specific sales segments
- Get insights / dive deep into Industry challenges, competitive landscape, financial performance trends, performance on key business metrics, global benchmarks, quantify business benefits and ROI
- Negotiate contract and close deals
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of Sales and other staff
- Proactively identify changes in market, systems and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
- Prepare and manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
You should have:
- Technology or MBA degree
- Strong 8+ yrs. of experience
- Proven track in business application software sales & understanding of broad range of technologies
- Experience in lead role if team selling environment
- Business level English: Fluent
- Experience in Ecommerce/Marketing/CRM sales is an advantage
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets in a Hunter role (Net New Customers)
- Experience in software solution selling
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to deliver business value to the sales operations and customers
- Strong presentation skills
