Our client a leading Global provider for Financial Technology Solutions in Banking and Payment Technology are looking for a Product Support Specialist for their office in Tokyo.
They are looking for the right professional individual who would like to be part of a great team based in the office in Nagoya.
You will provided Managed Services support for customers providing system monitoring, maintenance and functional treasury duties with ongoing Level 1 support for issues, incidents and changes from inception through to closure as part of the management of system interfaces for Managed Services customers.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience
Basic financial knowledge and experience is a plus
Basic accounting / treasury is also plus (basic bookkeeping knowledge is fine)
Basic IT literacy (infra, HW and SW) / ITIL certification is a plus
Japanese/English bilingual and business writing skill
Must live in Nagoya or willing to relocate
Good customer service skills willing to learn new things
