TheLuxeNomad.com was founded on a simple belief: that luxury travel can be affordable. Launched in 2012 with a round of angel investment, the Singapore-based startup pioneered collaborating with celebrities and online influencers on
Instagram which helped grow its reach to 250,000 travelers.
Initially a flash sales only site, in July 2015 the company successfully shifted its focus to villa bookings which led to sales increasing 2x, despite OPEX remaining flat. The site now lists over 1200 private villas, apartments, and ski chalets in more than 35 destinations, offering guests the home-away-from-home comforts with a Luxe Nomad touch.
In 2016 this fast-growing start-up also expanded into property management of short-term rentals. So now not only can you book with us, but you can 'check-in' to a Luxe Nomad property too!

Your task will be project-orientated where you will find yourself handling different parts of the business from our booking site to our new expansion into property management.
Part of your role may encompass liaising with our property owners and reach out to new owners to grow our inventory. You'll have to understand all facets of the booking process as well as come up with ideas on how to make things even better.
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Personable and able to network with different cultures
- Understanding of the property market and a network in the industry
- Great with attention to detail
- Business acumen
- Good negotiation skills
- Start-up or real estate experience is a bonus!
- Strong at building a network and not afraid of a cold call or two!
Either by working hour (JPY 1,100/hour) or by fixed salary on a contractual basis. Salary is negotiable.
